  • Receiving error when Auto Enrolling via Meridian Link

    We had a member open an account online and they chose to open a checking and certificate in the same XpressAccounts application. To our knowledge this is the first time we've had this specific combination of account types opened in the same application. This caused an vendor error when trying to auto-enroll in clickswitch. An image of the error is attached.
